In Store Promoter

ISP Daily Routine:

• Attend morning huddle/agenda specific call if any

• Reach market i.e first store by 11 am.

• In store discussion about business, new initiatives, troubleshooting, check POS

terminal.

• Customer handling if required

• Count of daily store visit depend on total number of stores in his/her portfolio.

• Store training of newly onboarded stores

• Refresher training of existing stores on requirement basis

• Mandatorily fill up store visit form after each visit

• Day ends at 9 pm.

- Daily store Visits – 12 To 15 Stores

- Mandatory Working on Saturday & Sunday and special Days

Profile Classification:

Education Qualification & Experience Graduate/Diploma/10+2 with 6 months -2

years of work exp

Industry Preference Promoters from Operation and maintenance (OEM) background /

Sales background.
