Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote SproutQ’s resume writing and career services.

* Deliver effective sales pitches and convert leads into customers.

* Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

* Address customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.

* Maintain accurate call logs and sales reports in the system.

* Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• Making Outbound Calls: The primary duty is to contact prospective or existing customers to introduce products, services, or offers. 
• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers to build a sales pipeline. 
• Sales and Promotion: Explaining product features, benefits, and addressing customer queries to persuade them to purchase or use a service. 
• Follow-up: Maintaining contact with leads and customers to ensure consistent communication and progress in the sales cycle. 
• Data Management: Recording call details and customer interactions, often within a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
