Inside Sales Associate - Intent

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Engagement.
• Book appointments for Field Sales Executives with Potential customers.
• Customer Relationship Management.
• Collaboration with Field Sales Team.
• Meet daily, weekly & monthly appointment booking targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and a regional language (preferred).
• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
