Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive Consultative Sales: Speak to leads (students & working professionals) via calls, WhatsApp, and Zoom; understand goals and pitch relevant programs.
  • Objection Handling Pro: Break down resistance, counter Ill think about it with confidence, and close with clarity.
  • Close High-Ticket Sales: Programs range from 1.5 to 25 lakhs. You should be comfortable in motivating users to invest in their growth.
  • CRM Management: Track pipeline, follow-ups, and lead stages with discipline (we use TeleCRM + AiSensy).
  • Weekly Sales Targets: Achieve aggressive monthly revenue goals and push yourself beyond mediocrity.

Who You Are

  • Productive from day 1.
  • Fluent in English + Hindi or Telugu or any other regional language is a plus.
  • Known for hitting sales targets and closing under pressure.
  • Strong on consultative selling you listen, ask the right questions, and pitch smart.
  • Self-driven, hungry to win, and comfortable being held accountable.
