Working Days: Sunday Off + Paid Holidays

Time -09:30 to 06:30pm or 10:00 am to 07:00pm
Relocation to shamshabad is prefered or stays near KLCC convention center beside in Main road

Role Overview
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (CRM – Post Sales) to manage customer interactions, handle leads, and ensure strong post-sales support and customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in sales coordination, CRM, or customer relationship roles will have an added advantage.Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Engagement
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
2. Sales & Lead Conversion
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products
3. CRM – Post Sales
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM system
- Handle post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Address customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal teams for order status, delivery, and installation
- Maintain records of customer interactions and service feedback
4. Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with showroom/logistics teams for order processing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Follow up with customers for closures and repeat business
5. Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong understanding of products and services
- Stay updated with new collections and offers
6. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain CRM records, leads data, and sales reports
- Ensure smooth billing and documentation
7. Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business
8. Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to achieve targets
- Participate in training and development sessions
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Hospitality background preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / CRM / Post Sales
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu (Mandatory)
Interview Process
