Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive / Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives. This role focuses on lead generation, client outreach, follow-ups, and sales coordination, working closely with the business development and management teams.

This position is ideal for candidates who want hands-on exposure to sales, business development, and client engagement in a fast-growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate potential leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online research
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and explain company services/products
  • Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team
  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and basic sales documentation
  • Support business development activities and campaigns
  • Understand customer needs and relay feedback to the team
  • Achieve daily/weekly activity targets (calls, follow-ups, meetings)

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English + regional language preferred)
  • Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development concepts
  • Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction
  • Good organizational and data management skills
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets is a plus
  • Self-driven, proactive, and willing to learn
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
