Inside Sales Executive

Chandana Brothers is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store shopping experience while promoting our wide range of textile products.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable textile products (sarees, dress materials, garments, etc.)
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge, including fabric types, trends, and pricing
• Ensure proper display and arrangement of merchandise
• Handle billing support and basic cashier duties if required
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Assist in stock management and inventory checks
