Job description

Project Role : Inside Sales Representative

Project Role Description : Lead Sourcing from linkedin and other sources, lead nurturing. Find clients/ potential clients / decision makers / Project managers/ AGM/ DGM/GM/ AVP/ VP , Educate them about our product. Originate new opportunities; qualify, capture and close opportunities. Advance qualified opportunities or target existing or new prospects through the sales cycle. Assist customers in Techinical challenges, onboarding, adopting and expanding their usage of products.


Must have skills : B2B/B2C Sales

Good to have skills : Sales and Channel Management

Minimum :1 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to work in a small startup cum SME Manufacturing company, collaborate and manage the production team to site installation team

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to management to inform decision-making.


Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Academic Alliance, Strategic Partnership Development, Business Development & Growth Strategy, Stakeholder & Relationship Management, Negotiation & Deal Closure, Market & Competitor Analysis

- Good To Have Skills: Data Mining, Civil Engineering, Excel, Team Leadership & Coordination, Event Participation & Industry Networking

- Strong negotiation and closing skills to effectively convert leads into sales.

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.


Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 1 years of experience in B2B/B2C Sales.
