Job Description

Managing customer interaction remotely via phone and other digital channels to drive sales and build relationships. This role focuses on lead generation, pipeline management, and closing orders without fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, digital channels and CRM tools; convert prospects into customers.
  • Explain Products, understand client needs, and perform value-based selling to secure meetings or orders.
  • Maintain CRM records, track sales pipelines, follow up on inquiries, and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
  • Upsell/cross-sell to existing clients, provide after-sales support, and collaborate with sales/marketing teams.
