Job Description

Position Overview:

 

The Inside sales executive will be responsible for reaching out to all digital leads, converting them to Prospect leads through insightful conversations. (Be a consultative sales expert, guiding customers to the perfect home automation solution and inviting them to experience the future) Manage CRM and ensure our data is top-notch.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

●         Responding to Online Queries:

●         Check all leads generated from various sources such as Facebook, Google, Website, and Bot.

●         Evaluate leads collected through automated chatbots to confirm effectiveness and engagement levels.

●         Initiate the first call to all online leads within 24 working hours.

●         Utilize a consultative sales approach for outbound calls and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.

●         Achieve conversion targets for transitioning digital leads to qualified leads and from QL to Demos.

●         Connect with all 'unable to reach' or 'not responding' online leads as outlined in the Annexure.

●         Assign a salesperson to all qualified leads and follow up until a quote is sent to the client.

●         Attend to all walk-in customers at Banjara Hills, assigning a salesperson for a demo.

●         Timely Follow-up for Call-back Requests:

●         Contact all call-back leads as per the agreed date and time.

●         Follow the process to invite customers to experience the smart home demo, adhering to provided guidelines.

●         Provide timely updates to the sales team about scheduled demos and ensure feedback forms are filled by clients.

●         Participation in Weekly Reviews:

●         Share daily and weekly updates on leads from all sources.

●         Managing and creating reports on Digital leads and conversion database.

●         Might need to work on Official Keus weekly off days, His/her week off will be on a working day.

 

Key measures of success:


·       Respond to all online leads and Direct calls on time and as per process.

·       Ensure timely follow-up for all call-back requests.

·       Provide a consultative sales approach

·       Ensure the lead conversion and Demos target is met

·       Manage, maintain, and analyse DM leads data to gain proper insights.

Qualifications:


●         Bachelor in any stream

●         Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2C Sales (Preferably Luxury or Premium Sales)

●         Excellent Communication Skills (Written and Verbal), Active Listening Skills

●         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM Software

●         Language Skills: English, Telugu and Hindi/Kannada/ Marathi

●         Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
