The role involves Hiring ,Recruiting building and managing a network of insurance agents, mentoring and training them to achieve sales targets, and driving overall business growth. Key responsibilities include fostering relationships with agents, monitoring their performance, and implementing strategies to expand the agency network. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align business goals and ensure client satisfaction.

• Skills in Insurance agent recruitment, training, and management of insurance agents
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and goal-oriented strategies
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and related regulations is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in insurance or financial services industry roles is preferred
