- Coordination with TPAs & insurance companies
- Pre-authorizations, approvals & claim follow-ups
- Verify patient documents & billing accuracy
- Resolve claim rejections and queries
- Coordinate with front office, billing & doctors
- Required SkillsHands-on experience with hospital insurance processes
- Knowledge of major TPAs & insurance portals
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Billing software knowledge preferred
