📢 Tele Sales Executive — Job Description

🏢 Company: Reliance General Insurance

📍 Location: Beside Rasoolpura metro station, Hyderabad

🕘 Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday Week Off)

💰 Salary: Fresher -13000 to 15000 Take Home

Experience Salary - up to 25000 Take Home

*Incentives Up to 1 Lakh/ Month* 

Take-home + PF

📞 Process: Outbound Calling

✅ Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain insurance products

Generate leads and convert them into sales

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans

Maintain daily call records and follow-ups in the system

Achieve monthly sales targets

Handle customer queries professionally

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Inter & Above

Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply

*Languages required: English + Telugu, Hindi + English, Kannada + English , Tamil + English*

*NOTE :-Candidates who can speak (Tamil/ Kannada) can get an additional 1,500/-Rs on their Take-Home*  

Gender: Male & Female

Basic communication & convincing skills required
