Company Description
Sutherland is seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Mirth Interface Analyst to support HL7 interface implementations for the client. This role combines technical expertise with customer service delivery to ensure smooth execution and high‑quality outcomes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support HL7 interfaces.
- Monitor project activities and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Deliver high‑quality upgrades with complete documentation.
- Collaborate with clients and teams to resolve issues and meet expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and skill development.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computers), BCA/MCA, or related IT degree.
- Min 2 years of experience; SQL scripting required.
- Mirth Interface engine, HL7 and interface engine experience (Rhapsody, Allscripts, eLink, Corepoint) preferred.
- Basic programming/scripting (C++, C#, JavaScript, VBScript, ASP.Net) a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of US Healthcare and customer service experience preferred.
Other:
- Willingness to work night shifts (US EST) and occasional weekends.
