Job Description
- Planning & Conceptualization: Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Develop initial design concepts and themes.
- Conduct space planning to optimize layout and function.
- Design Development: Create mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings.
- Select color palettes, materials, furniture, lighting, and décor.
- Prepare detailed design plans, elevations, and technical drawings.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Present and revise designs based on client feedback.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure designs comply with regulations, codes, and accessibility standards.
- Project Management, Oversee design execution and installation.
- Resolve on-site issues and make adjustments as needed.
- Documentation & Administration Prepare project proposals, budgets, and contracts.
- Maintain design documentation and client correspondence.
