Interior Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to manage projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for designing functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' specific needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in the latest design software.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConceptualization: Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and layouts that align with the client’s vision and budget.
• Space Planning: Analyze and plan the use of space for maximum functionality and flow.
• Sourcing: Research and select furniture, lighting, flooring, wall finishes, and plumbing fixtures.
• Technical Drawing: Create detailed 2D blueprints and 3D renderings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
• Project Management: Establish timelines, estimate project costs, and ensure the project stays within budget.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the design is executed accurately and complies with building codes.
• Site Supervision: Visit job sites to oversee progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality control.
• Requirements & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial design (or as specified for your role).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of completed projects.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of color theory, materials, sustainability, and building regulations.
