Interior Designer

Interior Designer – Job Requirements (3 Years Experience)✔ Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or other interior projects.

✔ Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D Max, V-Ray/Corona, and Photoshop.
• Ability to create detailed floor plans, working drawings, 3D renders, and walk through videos.
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting design, and furniture layouts.
• Understanding of Vastu (optional but preferred for India-based projects).

✔ Site Execution Skills:

• Ability to handle site supervision, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, costing, measurements, and material selection.
• Understanding of civil, electrical, plumbing basics related to interiors.

✔ Design & Creative Skills:

• Strong sense of aesthetics, color palettes, textures, and space planning.
• Ability to translate client requirements into functional and stylish design concepts.

✔ Communication & Management:

• Good communication skills for client meetings and presentations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

✔ Additional Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Portfolio showcasing completed projects.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
