Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Executive (Explorer) who will be the first point of contact for potential customers. The ideal candidate should be confident in customer handling, possess excellent communication skills, and have prior experience in converting inquiries into sales. This role is critical in generating new leads, building strong relationships, and supporting the client journey from first interaction to final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:Location: Old Alwal (Secunderabad), Hyderabad

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Owner
Employment Type: Full-time
Attend to walk-in customers at the showroom or client site visits.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable design solutions.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up:
Identify and explore potential leads through calls, referrals, or digital platforms.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and do timely follow-ups on inquiries.
Schedule meetings for senior designers or sales closers, if required.
Sales Conversion:
Prepare and present proposals/quotations based on customer needs.
Negotiate and close deals effectively.
Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinate for next steps in project execution.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities.
Submit daily/weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales conversions.
Coordination:
Coordinate with internal design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Update the CRM or sales tracking system regularly.
Key Requirements:
Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2C Sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or luxury products.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
Sales negotiation and closing ability.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Key Traits:
Energetic and outgoing personality.
Willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize work efficiently.
High degree of integrity and reliability.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹280000 per month
Variable Incentives: Based on lead conversion and performance
