Interior Site Supervisor

Role Summary: The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating interior fit-out works at construction or renovation sites. This includes managing labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Site Supervision & Coordination
• Supervise daily site activities related to interior works (e.g., carpentry, false ceilings, partitions, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.).
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants, and contractors on-site.

• Project Planning & Execution
• Prepare daily/weekly work schedules in coordination with the project manager.
• Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.
• Ensure materials are available on-site as per project needs.

• Quality Control
• Inspect work regularly to ensure high-quality standards.
• Identify and rectify defects or non-conformities in workmanship or materials.
• Maintain a snag-free finish in all deliverables.

• Safety Management
• Ensure implementation of safety procedures and protocols on-site.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.
• Report incidents or hazards to relevant authorities.

• Labor & Subcontractor Management
• Supervise and guide site laborers and subcontractors.
• Resolve issues or disputes between workers and contractors.
• Track attendance and productivity of labor on-site.

• Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain daily site logbooks, reports, and photographic records.
• Submit regular progress reports to the project manager or client.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings, taking notes and tracking action items.

• Client & Vendor Coordination
• Act as the point of contact for clients during site visits.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation of materials and fixtures.

• Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in interior fit-out site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
