International BPO Executive

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our dynamic team in the International Voice and Chat Process. If you have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and at least one year of experience in handling international customers via voice or chat, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

 . Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via voice and chat support.

· Assist international customers with product/service inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.

· Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution.

· Adhere to process guidelines and maintain quality standards.

· Document interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.

· Work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) as per process requirements.

=> Experience: 1+ year in international voice/chat support

=> Salary: Based on your last CTC upto 3Lpa
