Salary:

• Fres – ₹3 LPA (₹18,000/month)
• Experience with more than 1 year – ₹3.25 LPA (₹19,000/month)– ₹3.5 LPA (₹22,000/month)

Job DescriptionWe are hiring skilled professionals for International Voice Support roles with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must be flexible to work from the office in Hyderabad across 24/7 rotational shifts.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle customer queries via voice channels for international clients
• Deliver accurate, efficient, and timely responses to customer issues
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams
• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and schedule adherence

• Requirements:Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate
• (Current pursuing candidates are NOT eligible)
• Communication Skills:
• Verbal: B2 – 61 (SVAR)
• Written: B2 – 60 (WriteX)
• Typing Speed: 28 WPM with 95% accuracy
• Experience:
• Freshers or candidates with prior experience in International Voice & Chat Support
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must be flexible to work in office-based roles at Hyderabad locations

• Shift & Work Details:Shifts: 24/7 Rotational
• Work Days: 5 Days a Week

• NSL Arena, Building 1, Ramanthapur Road, Uppal, Hyderabad – 500039 (40/week)
• Sutherland, Lanco Hills, Manikonda, Hyderabad – 500089 (32/week)
