Job Description: We are hiring US Voice Process Executives to handle calls from Clients in the United States. The role involves speaking with customers, understanding their issues, and providing the right solution in a polite and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from US customers
• Understand Client problems and provide correct solutions
• Give information about services clearly
• Maintain call quality and Client satisfaction
• Update Client details in the system
• Follow company rules, scripts, and compliance
• Required Skills Good English speaking and listening skills
• Clear and confident voice
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work night shifts (US timings)
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
