International Outbound BPO Specialist

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated International Outbound BPO Specialist with at least 3 years of experience in handling outbound campaigns for international clients. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also includes supervising agents, maintaining quality standards, and supporting team performance.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international outbound calls for sales, lead generation, or customer engagement.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain strong communication with international customers.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
• Provide accurate product or service information to clients.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems.
• Ensure quality compliance and adherence to company guidelines.
• Supervise and guide team members to improve productivity.
• Assist in training new agents and improving call performance.

• QualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)

• Experience handling US, UK, or Australian campaigns is an advantage
