Role Overview

As a Patient Coordinator, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post-treatment follow-up. You’ll work closely with our team of specialists, treatment planners, and travel coordinators to facilitate smooth communication, treatment scheduling, and hospitality support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from patients.
• Provide treatment estimates, timelines, and detailed consultation information.
• Coordinate video consultations between patients and doctors.
• Assist in visa, travel, and accommodation arrangements with the dental tourism team.
• Maintain and update patient records and correspondence logs.
• Ensure post-treatment communication and satisfaction follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery / General Dentists (preferred) or Non Dentists 4+ years of Experience in Dentistry
• Excellent spoken and written English (knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare coordination / dental tourism / hospitality is desirable.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
