Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers with professionalism and accuracy.
- Understand customer queries, provide relevant information, and deliver effective resolutions.
- Maintain call quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Follow communication scripts, company procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as call quality, response time, and productivity.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
