Telecaller / Recruitment Executive – U.S. Consulting Process (Night Shift- WORK FROM HOME)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Shift Timing: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (India Time)

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic Telecallers / Recruitment Executives for a growing U.S.-based consulting company. The role involves interacting with U.S. clients to understand their hiring requirements, sourcing and coordinating suitable candidates, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery.

Candidates will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting company growth, improving service quality, and contributing to the overall expansion of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with U.S. clients to gather hiring requirements

• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates according to client needs

• Maintain consistent service flow and ensure client satisfaction

• Support business growth and promote company services

• Work collaboratively to improve internal processes and performance

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills

• Confident and professional in client interactions

• Ability to work the U.S. night shift (8 PM – 5 AM IST)

• Basic computer and email handling skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
