Job Description:Globus Accounting is looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified leads for our U.S. tax services. The role focuses on outbound calling, follow-ups, and initial client qualification to support our tax advisory and compliance teams. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, persistent in follow-ups, and capable of converting prospects into warm, qualified leads.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Generate qualified leads for U.S. tax services through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Contact U.S.-based individuals and businesses to introduce tax filing, planning, and compliance services
• Identify client needs and assess basic eligibility for tax services
• Educate prospects on services such as Individual Tax Filing (1040), Business Returns (1065/1120/1120S), ITIN services, and tax planning
• Schedule appointments or hand over qualified leads to tax consultants or closers
• Maintain accurate lead and call records in CRM systems
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture prospects until conversion
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
• Adhere to calling scripts, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality policies
• Preferred Candidate Profile:Educational Qualifications:Any graduate (Commerce / Accounting background preferred)
• Experience:1 to Any experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation / US voice process
• Experience selling financial, tax, accounting, or professional services is an advantage
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
• Skills Required:Excellent spoken English with US client communication ability
• Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and follow-up skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Basic understanding of U.S. tax services (training will be provided)
• Comfortable working in US time zones (night shift)
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Number of qualified leads generated
• Appointment-to-conversion ratio
• Call volume and follow-up efficiency
• Lead quality and client readiness
