Role SummaryThe Cost Controller will play a key role in managing food costs, inventory controls, consumption patterns, and vendor pricing to support profitability across production units and retail outlets. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and a process-driven mindset.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily raw material consumption, production yield, and wastage.
• Conduct periodic stock audits across kitchen, warehouse, and retail outlets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
• Track and control food cost percentages, variances, and consumption trends.
• Review and verify GRN, purchase orders, and vendor invoices.
• Collaborate with procurement to negotiate prices and evaluate vendor performance.
• Implement standard recipe costing and portion control systems.
• Prepare and present cost reports and analytical insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and hygiene guidelines.
• RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Cost Control / Inventory / Store Accounting roles in hospitality, QSR, bakery, or sweets production.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, costing systems, and auditing practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with POS / ERP / Inventory software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented with excellent numerical accuracy.
• Background in Commerce / Accounting preferred.
