• Job Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory.
• Monitor daily stock movement (inward, outward, and balance).
• Ensure timely updating of stock in the system.
• Coordinate with purchase, sales, and warehouse teams.
• Check stock levels and place purchase requests when required.
• Handle stock audits and physical verification regularly.
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or slow-moving stock.
• Ensure proper storage and safety of inventory.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Reduce stock loss and improve inventory control.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate preferred).
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Good computer skills (MS Excel, ERP software preferred).
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in warehouse/store/inventory management is an advantage.
