Inventory Manager

We are looking for a highly organized Automotive Inventory & Accounts Specialist to join our premium car workshop. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our technicians always have the right parts on hand while keeping our financial records perfectly balanced. You will manage the entire lifecycle of our parts inventory alongside handling daily bookkeeping, invoicing, and vendor reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels for auto parts, lubricants, and daily workshop supplies.
• Place orders with reliable vendors, receive shipments, and verify packing slips against purchase orders.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits and quickly resolve any stock discrepancies.
• Generate accurate customer invoices for repairs, parts, and labor using our shop management system.

Skills

• Proven experience in book-keeping, accounting, or inventory management (prior experience in an automotive garage or dealership is a major plus).
• Proficiency with standard accounting software (such as Tally, Zoho Books) and spreadsheet applications.
• Familiarity with automotive parts terminology and auto-repair estimating software.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of numerical accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle both physical warehouse tasks and desk-based financial duties.
