Key Responsibilities: 

• System Management:
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including operating systems, applications, and security tools. 
• Network Administration:
• Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. 
• User Support:
• Providing technical assistance to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and troubleshooting network problems. 
• Security Management:
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing user access, and monitoring for security threats. 
• Data Backup and Recovery:
• Implementing and managing data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability. 
• IT Infrastructure Optimization:
• Monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and making recommendations for improvements. 
• Documentation:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and configurations.
