IT Engineer

Job Overview

VS Corp is looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to manage and support the company’s overall IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The role involves maintaining IT systems across the Head Office and Retail store locations, ensuring smooth technology operations, data security, and efficient digital support for business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations for the Head Office and store locations.
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of billing systems, ERP software, and store operational systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, internet connectivity, and network security.
• Ensure proper data backup, system security, and IT compliance.
• Manage software updates, licenses, and IT asset inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related maintenance and procurement.
• Support teams with digital tools, system automation, and technology improvements.
• Train employees on basic IT usage and system operations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must have knowledge and practical usage of AI tools and automation technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Knowledge of data security and system backup processes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
