Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Business Development Sales Manager based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and managing accounts effectively. The manager will work closely with teams to develop strategies that align business needs with cutting-edge information technology solutions while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong skills in New Business Development and Business Development to identify opportunities and drive growth

Experience in Information Technology and ability to match solutions to client needs

Proficiency in Account Management and building client relationships

Excellent Communication skills to effectively present, negotiate, and collaborate

Proven leadership and decision-making capabilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus

Prior experience in a similar role in the IT or financial services industry is beneficial
