Job Description
- Installing and configuring software and hardware.
- Troubleshooting network failures and OS issues.
- Performing hardware repairs and maintenance.
- Providing user support for applications and systems.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for PC and Mac users.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and network equipment (firewalls, routers).
- User Support: Set up new user accounts, workstations, and profiles, including managing passwords and security credentials.
- Infrastructure Support: Assist with server, network, and security monitoring, as well as peripheral devices like printers and scanners.
- Training & Documentation: Train employees on new systems and maintain technical documentation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, or adjust computer equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Remote Tools: TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Remote Desktop
- Productivity Suites: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
- Networking: Firewalls, Switches
