Key Responsibilities:

Pizza Preparation

• Prepare dough daily, ensuring correct fermentation, hydration, and texture.
• Hand-stretch pizzas to Tossin standards.
• Cook pizzas using ovens with consistent timing & temperature control.
• Prepare and manage toppings, sauces, and cheese with proper portioning.
• Maintain hygiene and follow FSSAI food safety norms.

Pasta Preparation

• Prepare fresh pasta dough (optional based on SOP) and cook pasta to the correct doneness.
• Create and execute classic sauces.
• Ensure consistency in taste, plating, and portion sizes.

Kitchen Management

• Manage inventory of key ingredients (cheese, sauces, meat, veggies, dough).
• Check quality and freshness of produce daily.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

Quality & Standards

• Follow Tossin Pizza’s recipes, SOPs, and flavor guidelines.
• Ensure every dish matches brand presentation standards.
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and consistency.
