ITI - Machine Operator

Trainee Machine Operator:

• QualificationITI – Fitter / Machinist / Turner / Welder (Freshers welcome)
• Passed from recognised ITI institute
• Experience : Freshers or experianced
• On-the-job training will be provided
• Job LocationPKL LIMITED – Manufacturing Unit
• (Dundigal / Girinagar Division – as applicable)
• Role & ResponsibilitiesWork as Trainee Lathe Machine Operator under senior operators
• Learn lathe machine operations (manual / semi-automatic)
• Assist in:
• Machine setup and basic adjustments
• Loading and unloading of components
• Tool handling and basic measurements
• Follow production drawings and job instructions
• Perform basic quality checks using gauges and measuring tools
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
• Follow shop-floor discipline, safety rules, and SOPs
• Support production targets as per shift requirements
• Training ProvidedHands-on training on:

• Lathe machine operations
• Measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges)
• Shop-floor safety practices
• Basic production and quality concepts
• Performance-based confirmation / role enhancement after training
