Jewellery Sales Associate

A jewelry sales executive's job is to drive sales by assisting customers, recommending products, and providing excellent service. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, managing inventory, maintaining store displays, and handling transactions. The role requires strong product knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. 

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: Greet customers, provide personalized assistance in selecting jewelry, and handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Sales and targets: Achieve individual and store sales targets and effectively close deals.
• Product knowledge: Maintain and develop deep knowledge of all jewelry products, including current trends, to help customers find what they need.
• Inventory and display: Manage inventory, arrange and maintain attractive product displays, and ensure the showroom is appealing.
• Transactions: Process payments, handle cash and credit sales, and manage transaction records.
• Market awareness: Conduct market research to identify selling opportunities and stay updated on market trends. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury retail sector, is often required.
• Sales skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills are crucial for closing deals and building client relationships.
• Customer focus: A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships is essential.
