JEWELLERY SHOWROOM MANAGER

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced *Jewellery Showroom Manager* to oversee the Day-To-Day Operations of our Luxorious Jewellery Store. The Ideal candidate should ensure exceptional customer service, maximis walk-ins and Sales, Maintain Inventory accuracy, and lead A High-Performing Team In Delivering a Superior Shopping Experience. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Sales and Operations: Ensure daily sales targets are met and exceeded. Manage opening and closing procedures and other daily operations.
• Customer Service: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring staff deliver exceptional service. Handle customer complaints, issues, and returns professionally.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store has high standards for cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal, with well-maintained displays.
• Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, perform stock audits, manage stock replenishment, and implement procedures to reduce shrinkage.
• Security: Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard valuable merchandise against theft.
• Administration: Assist with store administration, such as reporting on buying trends and customer needs.
• Promotions: Coordinate and implement promotional events and in-store displays.
