Jewellery Store Manager

A Jewellery Store Manager oversees daily operations, staff, sales, and inventory, focusing on driving revenue and ensuring excellent customer service by managing store presentation, implementing marketing, handling complaints, training teams, and maintaining security for valuable merchandise. Key duties include staff supervision, sales strategy, inventory control, visual merchandising, budgeting, and customer relationship building to meet business targets. 

Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Management:
• Supervising daily store activities, opening/closing procedures, and staff scheduling.
• Managing budgets, finances, and preparing sales reports.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, security protocols, and health/safety standards.
• Sales & Marketing:
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Planning and executing promotional events, marketing campaigns, and in-store displays.
• Analyzing sales data and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Staff Leadership:
• Recruiting, training, mentoring, and motivating sales associates.
• Providing product knowledge training on gems and materials.
• Conducting performance reviews and managing team performance.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and resolving complaints.
• Building customer loyalty and strong client relationships.
• Assisting customers with selections and purchases.
• Inventory & Merchandising:
• Managing stock levels, ordering new merchandise, and performing audits.
• Maintaining impeccable store presentation, cleanliness, and visual appeal.
