Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B and B2C sales. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and a basic understanding of sales dashboards and reporting. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
- Handle the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
- Maintain and update sales data, reports, and dashboards regularly.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Track sales performance, targets, and pipeline using CRM/tools.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Understanding of sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
- Exposure to complete sales lifecycle (start to end).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
- Ability to communicate in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
- Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
