Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Specialist with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B and B2C sales. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, and a basic understanding of sales dashboards and reporting. Strong English communication skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in Hindi.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in B2B and B2C markets.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain and update sales data, reports, and dashboards regularly.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
  • Track sales performance, targets, and pipeline using CRM/tools.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C sales processes.
  • Understanding of sales dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Exposure to complete sales lifecycle (start to end).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory).
  • Ability to communicate in Hindi.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
