Jr. Accountant

Key Responsibilities

.Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets

• Record daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings
• Monitor expenses and budget performance
• Assist in audits and provide necessary financial data
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial databases and filing systems
