Jr. Sales Support Executive

Junior Sales Support Executive is responsible for converting inbound enquiries into qualified sales opportunities by engaging prospects, understanding their requirements, and ensuring seamless lead handover to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to prospects based on inbound enquiries generated through marketing channels.
2. Qualify leads using a structured questionnaire to assess customer intent, requirement, and readiness to purchase.
3. Clearly explain the company’s solar solutions, value proposition, and process to build trust and drive interest toward site visits or consultations.
4. Address customer queries, concerns, and objections promptly to improve conversion rates.
5. Accurately record all interactions, key insights, and lead status in the CRM system.
6. Assign high-potential leads to the sales team with complete context to enable faster closure.
