About the RoleASR Infrastructure is seeking a skilled and creative Architect with strong experience in 3D modeling, architectural planning, and on-site field supervision. You will be responsible for producing high-quality designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring smooth execution at the site.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed 3D architectural models, renderings, and visualizations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, etc.
• Develop architectural plans, layouts, and construction drawings.
• Conduct site visits, measurements, and inspections to ensure work aligns with design intent.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to maintain efficient project workflow.
• Ensure designs follow building codes, local regulations, and standards.
• Update drawings, resolve technical issues, and maintain project timelines.
• Prepare presentations, documentation, and design reports as required.
• QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Strong background in 3D design and field/site supervision.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other architectural tools.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and systems.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio of previous design work is mandatory.
• Preferred (Optional)Knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Experience with sustainable or green building practices.
• Professional license or pursuing licensure.
