Job Title: Jr Associate CMD

Experience:  0-1 Year

Location: Hyderabad, Work from Office

Working Hours: 5.00 PM to 2.00 AM IST (Transportation Provided)

• Create and edit Master Data according to established policies and desktop instructions (SOP)
• Work with functional data owners to develop customer master data definitions and standards.
• Performs various activities related to customer master data management; including but not limited to activating/deactivating accounts, change requests, channel conflict resolution, and other duties as assigned
• Performs data entry, maintenance, and accuracy validation in Salesforce, ERP(s), CRM, and others.
• Data clean up within multiple ERPs, CRM, and more.
• Supports, implements and enhances customer master data governance rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), naming convention and other enterprise data standards
• In collaboration with subject matter experts and data stewards, defines and implements data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable.
• Accountable for establishing and maintaining for this area Process Narratives, Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures/Desk Top Procedures for all major business processes
• When required, support tasks assigned to the team in a timely manner.

• Business-related Bachelor’s Degree 
• Relevant experience in Data Management & Data Governance with knowledge about data domains such as Customer Master Data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership 
• MS office proficiency (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Ideal candidates should have progressively handled increasing levels of responsibility. 
• Must be a team player and should have a proven ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment through active collaboration with key business and technical stakeholders.
