Junior Counselor

Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Education Counsellors for Europe Destination, who are passionate about guiding students through their overseas education journey. Full training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Provide accurate information about universities, courses, and application processes.

* Counsel students about admission requirements, eligibility, and documentation.

* Assist students with application filing, visa support, and interview preparation.

* Maintain follow-ups with leads and ensure timely updates to students.

* Coordinate with internal teams for applications, admissions, and visa filing.

* Participate in seminars, education fairs, and promotional events as required.

* Maintain student records and ensure excellent customer service.

* Guide students ethically and professionally throughout the entire process.

Requirements

* Fresh graduates (Any degree) are welcome.

* Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

* Ability to learn quickly and explain ​p​rocess clearly.
