Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior HR Executive for our in-house management of end-to-end employee life cycle and client alignment process. The ideal candidate will hold an MBA/BBA in Human Resources and possess a strong grasp of statutory compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Facilitate the final stages of hiring by handling professional offer letter preparation

·        Lead the full on-boarding process, including document collection and the management of statutory processes such as PF and ESI

·        Good understanding of payroll management to ensure administrative accuracy

·        Act as liaison for external clients by understanding, completing and managing the agreement process

·        Maintain rigorous tracking of agreements, overseeing timely renewals and the issuance of completion certificates

·        Proficiency in contract administration and client relations

·        High level of organized record-keeping for document renewals

 

Qualifications & Skills:

·        MBA/BBA in Human Resources

·        4-6 Years of experience in HR administrative or generalist role

·        Strong understanding of labour laws
