Junior Recruiter – Non-Technical


Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and engage candidates for non-technical positions across multiple industries and domains.
  • Manage job postings and proactively utilize professional networks, job boards, and referrals to identify suitable talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring timely follow-up and feedback management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, and reports to ensure process compliance.
  • Support senior recruiters and account managers in achieving staffing targets.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0–2 years of recruitment experience (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills will also be considered).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruitment tools/job boards.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
