Junior Recruiter – Non-Technical
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and engage candidates for non-technical positions across multiple industries and domains.
- Manage job postings and proactively utilize professional networks, job boards, and referrals to identify suitable talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring timely follow-up and feedback management.
- Maintain accurate recruitment databases, trackers, and reports to ensure process compliance.
- Support senior recruiters and account managers in achieving staffing targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills will also be considered).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with recruitment tools/job boards.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
