Junior & Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of corporate interior and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site leadership experience, and the ability to handle multiple fast-track projects.

Location: Hydrebad

Experience: 3-8 Years (Corporate Interiors / Commercial Fit-outs)

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech – Civil / Diploma in Civil / Construction Management

Roles & Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead complete project lifecycle from design coordination to handover
• Prepare project schedules, micro-planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and BOQ

Site Management

• Monitor daily site progress and resolve technical issues
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and approved materials

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as single point of contact for clients and consultants
• Conduct review meetings and share progress reports
• Manage client expectations and close design/site queries

Commercial & Billing Control

• Track project budget, cost control, and variations
• Verify vendor bills, client RA bills, and quantity reconciliations
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without affecting quality

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Finalize technical specifications and material approvals
• Coordinate with procurement for timely material delivery
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Implement QA/QC procedures and safety protocols at site
• Ensure snag-free handover and documentation closure
• Maintain project records, checklists, and method statements

Timeline & Handover

• Drive projects to meet committed timelines
• Lead snag closure, testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Obtain client sign-offs and completion certificates

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of corporate interiors, MEP coordination & finishing works
• Expertise in project scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
