CRM development: Plugins, Workflows, JavaScript, Customizations. Power Platform: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Portals. UI/UX customization: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Liquid JS. Worked on data migration: SSIS, ETL tool,kingway soft Worked on integration using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, S2S authentication. Reporting: SSRS, Power BI. Solid understanding of CRM security models, entity relationships, and business process flows.
