Role Summary
The SAP EWM Assistant Manager will assist in managing Extended Warehouse Management processes within SAP systems. This role involves supporting implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP EWM solutions to ensure efficient warehouse operations and integration with supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP EWM implementation and ongoing support activities.
Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
Perform configuration and testing of SAP EWM modules.
Ensure integration with SAP ERP and other logistics systems.
Provide user training and documentation support.
Monitor system performance and assist in issue resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SAP EWM functionalities.
Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
Experience in SAP EWM configuration and testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation and support, with exposure to leadership responsibilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with other logistics modules.
Experience in global warehouse operations.
Exposure to project coordination or management.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
